Melanie is a strategic People Operations professional who aligns hiring strategies with departmental needs, partnering closely with the CEO and VP of Client Growth to forecast talent requirements. She oversees the recruiting budget, manages candidate pipelines, conducts interviews, and fosters partnerships to support diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices. Additionally, Melanie leads People Operations policies, ensures timely payroll distribution, guides performance reviews, and champions employee engagement and retention.
Previously, Melanie worked as a Recruiting Manager, where she supervised the recruiting team, made swift decisions, and led daily production meetings to ensure team success. In 2018, she was a top 10 recruiter at Aquent Talent, recognized for exceeding annual goals and receiving a national award.
Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband and three stepsons between the Chicago suburbs and Wisconsin, where she enthusiastically supports their soccer, track, and marching band activities.

As the head of ADM’s Paid Social team, Victoria is focused on driving innovation and growth within the department, ensuring clients achieve remarkable success through cutting-edge strategies.
Recognizing the creative nature of paid social, Victoria stays ahead of industry trends and best practices, allowing ADM’s clients to continually achieve outstanding results. Outside of work, she enjoys morning walks with her dog, Bo, volunteering at her local animal shelter, and unwinding on the tennis court.

Mary-Catherine (“MC”) brings nearly a decade of expertise in digital marketing and analytics. Her career spans from managing enterprise-level SEM accounts for eCommerce clients to developing marketing automation solutions—including a mobile app that automated creation, tracking and management for Google and Meta campaigns.
Today, MC leads ADM’s Data & Analytics team. Her work ensures ADM’s clients receive accurate, comprehensive and actionable data insights. MC’s skills also apply internally, with initiatives that improve team efficiency and workflow optimization through automation and AI integration.
Outside of work, MC enjoys the sunny beach, spending time with family and friends, and all things music.

He has helped hundreds of advertisers meet their advertising goals and grow their businesses. As Director of Analytics and Attribution, Isaac does more than build out campaigns, he is obsessed with growing businesses of any size completely online. Find him on his Motorcycle or on the soccer field when he is not busy working.

Jake Meline is the Associate Director of Sales Operations at Accelerated Digital Media, where he specializes in business development and marketing strategy. A Chicago native with over 4 years of experience, he oversees the sales process from beginning to end while focusing on organization and project management. Jake collaborates across teams to ensure that ADM partners with right-fit clients who will be benefit most from our agency’s range of services.
Prior to joining ADM, Jake earned his MBA from Loyola University in Chicago. An avid sports fan, Jake closely follows the Chicago White Sox and other local sporting events.

He has worked hands-on for several advertisers across a variety of channels – Facebook, SEM, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Amazon, Affiliate, TV, Radio, Print, etc. Jason has found growth marketing success with strategies led by rapid, methodical testing. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters. He is passionate about Philadelphia sports, and on Sundays in the Fall you can find him at Lincoln Financial Field cheering on the Eagles!
