The Challenge
After explosive growth in 2020, Nurx faced a more competitive and stabilized telehealth market in 2021. To sustain momentum, ADM set aggressive Q4 growth targets, focusing on keyword expansion and SEM optimization. With Nurx expanding into new specialties, ADM needed to scale campaigns efficiently while ensuring users found relevant information tailored to their needs.
Our Solution
ADM doubled the number of converting keywords in the account by expanding into condition-specific and alternative treatment searches. Google Shopping was a key focus—ADM worked with Nurx’s development team to gain Merchant Center approval, optimize the product feed, and build a structured bidding strategy. To improve conversions, ADM created 56 custom landing pages and 134 product detail pages, ensuring ad traffic led to highly relevant content. By aligning search intent with targeted ads and optimized pages, ADM helped Nurx achieve its ambitious year-end growth goals.
Results
Nurx’s aggressive Q4 goals were met thanks to ADM’s tactics:
- Monthly patient requests by 70% YoY
- 18% of new requests came from Google Shopping
In February 2022, Nurx continued its remarkable string of success by announcing a merger with direct-to-consumer health giant Thirty Madison. Together, they expect to generate $300M in revenue in 2022.
